Nobody arrives here thinking in sections. You arrive in the middle of a decision. These are the ten questions founders ask, what decides each one, and the file that answers it. Ten sounds like a lot, but only two or three of them are live for you at any moment, and the rest can wait their turn. If you don’t know where to begin, start with question one.
